Senior Awards Night was a shining example of Miner pride! We awarded $234,150 in scholarships to our incredible seniors, with more to come this summer. The joy and gratitude on their faces said it all. And tonight, they graduate. Let’s celebrate the Class of 2025!

This month, guest speaker Brittany Lyne brought our human body unit to life! 2nd graders learned about surgery and even got to listen to Tycen's heartbeat. A big thanks to Brittany for inspiring young minds and making science exciting!

In their final days of Junior High, our 8th grade math students wrapped up with a practice final and then had a blast with Minute to Win It games! Congrats on your promotion, 8th graders, and best of luck in High School!

Big congratulations to Lillian for winning 1st place in the Wisconsin Ag in the Classroom essay contest! Curt Miller and his wife from the Wisconsin Farm Bureau visited her class to celebrate her achievement. Her essay, "The Beauty of Red Maple Trees," has now been submitted for the district competition!

2nd Grade had an unforgettable day at the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium! From discovering fascinating amphibians & reptiles, to exploring exhibits and even some souvenir shopping. It was a day full of fun and learning!
To wrap up their Latin America Unit, students celebrated with a flavorful cultural foods day! They made authentic dishes like pico de gallo, pollo frito, choco flan & more—while exploring Latin American culture through music, food, and learning!



Thursday's JH track meet at River Ridge has been canceled.
The Six Rivers High School Conference Track Meet will be held at River Ridge on Thursday instead.

The Shullsburg/Benton boys will host Monticello/Albany in the opening round of the WIAA baseball tournament May 29 at 5:00 at Badger Park in Shullsburg.

The baseball game scheduled Monday, May 19th at Iowa-Grant has been cancelled and will not be rescheduled. Instead, Shullsburg/Benton baseball will play Potosi/Cassville in Potosi at 4:30. 5 JV innings to follow.

The Benton/Shullsburg softball team will play at Potosi/Cassville on Thursday, May 22 at Potosi in opening regional play of the WIAA softball tournament. Game time to be determined.
