Our Elementary English Learners Program showcased students' cultural backgrounds. Students shared about their country, favorite tradition, and authentic dish. 5th grade girls made posters on various topics like sports and legends. Let's celebrate our cultural diversity!

Congratulations to the Class of 2024!
Mrs. Poppys Kindergarten class worked hard this year on proper letter formation, finger spacing, when to use a capital letter and punctuation. Then they put everything they learned into practice. They wrote a booked titled “When I Grown Up and Kindergarten Memories.” The kids wrote about their favorite memory in kindergarten, their birthdate, their age and what they want to be when they grow up.

Our 3rd grade field trip to Dubuque last week. We went to the Creative Adventure Lab to paint pottery and play with their STEM activities, had a picnic and played at Miracle League Park, and bowled at Cherry Lanes Bowling. It was a terrific day!

First grade had lunch and played at Brigham Park . Then journeyed to The Cave of The Mounds.
